I have lost 3 pounds this last week. I am doing "MyFitnessPal" online and on my phone and then I do MapMyWalk. I walk around my work building on my breaks and lunches. It adds up, as far as calorie burning. I did cut out the soda, but you could do Propel or Sobe Life water, it's 0 calories and delicious! Just somethings to think about!<br /><br />I went off my anxiety meds before getting pregnant too, it was sooo hard, so I totally understand what you are saying there.
